This authority may only be exercised in respect of the carriage of traffic between points located within the boundaries of 90 and 92 West Longitude and 5230' and 5330' North Latitude, between points within the said area and Red Lake, Wunnummin Lake, Kingfisher Lake and Muskrat Dam Lake, Ontario restricted to the carriage of members of the North Caribou Lake Band, their goods, those of unincorporated fishery and store co-ops which are operated on behalf of the Band and to serving the needs of the Round Lake Nursing Station.

Cette autorisation ne s'applique que pour l'acheminement du trafic entre des points situés à l'intérieur de la région comprise entre 90 et 92 de longitude ouest et 5230' et 5330' de latitude nord, et entre des points de ladite région et Red Lake, Wunnummin Lake, Kingfisher Lake et Muskrat Dam Lake (Ontario), limitée au transport des membres de la bande du lac North Caribou, de leurs approvisionnements et de ceux des coopératives d'alimentation et de pêche non constituées, exploitées au nom de la bande, et à satisfaire aux besoins du centre de santé de Round Lake.
