وفي الجلسة 37 المعقودة في 19 نيسان/أبريل 2002، أحاطت اللجنة التحضيرية علما بالتقارير الشفوية التي قدمها منسقو الأفرقة العاملة المعنية بما يلي: جريمة العدوان، وجمعية الدول الأطراف - الوثائق التحضيرية، والمبادئ الأساسية المنظمة لاتفاق للمقر، وميزانية السنة الأولى، والنظام المالي، والصندوق الاستئماني للضحايا، وأجور القضاة والمدعي العام والمسجل.

At its 37th meeting, on 19 April 2002, the Preparatory Commission took note of the oral reports of the coordinators of the working groups on: the Crime of Aggression, the Assembly of States Parties — Preparatory Documents, the Basic Principles Governing a Headquarters Agreement, the First-Year Budget, the Financial Rules, the Victims Trust Fund and the remuneration of judges, the Prosecutor and the Registrar.

En su 37a sesión, celebrada el 19 de abril de 2002, la Comisión Preparatoria tomó nota de los informes verbales de los coordinadores de los Grupos de Trabajo sobre el crimen de agresión, los documentos preparatorios de la Asamblea de los Estados Partes, los Principios básicos del acuerdo relativo a la sede, el presupuesto correspondiente al primer ejercicio económico, la Reglamentación Financiera Detallada, el Fondo fiduciario para las víctimas y la Remuneración de los magistrados, el Fiscal y el Secretario.

На своем 37‐м заседании 19 апреля 2002 года Подготовительная комиссия приняла к сведению устные доклады координаторов рабочих групп по: преступлению агрессии, ассамблее государств-участников — подготовительные документы, основным принципам, регулирующим соглашение о штаб-квартире, бюджету на первый год, финансовым правилам, целевому фонду для пострадавших и вознаграждению судей, Прокурора и Секретаря.
