حسبما أفيد، إذا ثبت أنَّ شركة ما تخالف القانون، يمكن للهيئة الرقابية المختصة أن تتخذ تدابير من قبيل إدراج الشركة في القائمة السوداء أو حلّها أو إلغاء ترخيصها.
