واللجنة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية لآسيا والمحيط الهادئ هي الجهة المسؤولة عن عقد اجتماع اللجنة الفرعية المعنية بالنهوض بالمرأة التابعة للجنة الإقليمية المشتركة بين الوكالات لآسيا والمحيط الهادئ والتي توفر الإطار المؤسسي للأنشطة المشتركة والتعاونية القائمة على هذين المنهاجين
