أن يحدد الإجراء الذي يتعين اتخاذه بشأن خطابات الاعتماد البالغ عددها 17 خطاب اعتماد (انظر المرفق السادس) التي أنهت شركة كوتكنا، لدى تسليم مهامها إلى حكومة العراق، جميع إجراءات التصديق المتعلقة بها باستثناء إجراء إصدار وثائق التصديق؛

To decide what action to take with regards to the 17 letters of credit (see annex VI) for which Cotecna had completed all authentication work except the issuance of the authentication documents at the time of the handover of their functions to the Government of Iraq;
