본 발명은 블로킹 방지 기능을 갖는 생분해 멀칭필름에 씨앗(이하에서, '씨앗'란 멀칭필름에 부착된 상태에서는 발아 전 볍씨를 의미하고, 논바닥에 시공되어 활착한 이후에는 발아되고 분열되는 씨앗를 의미하는 것으로 통칭함) 부착 자동화 장치 및 그 장치를 이용한 씨앗 부착방법에 대한 것이다. 보다 상세하게는, 발아구멍이 천공되지 않은 멀칭필름에 대해 절개수단 또는 천공수단에 의해 관통공 또는 발아틈새를 형성하고, 이어서 접착제 도포와 씨앗 부착을 정확하고 신속하게 자동적으로 처리할 수 있고 또한 이형제 도포수단을 구비하여 접착제를 도포한 후 이형제를 도포하여 권취시에 멀칭필름간의 블로킹을 방지할 수 있는 씨앗 부착 자동화 장치에 관한 것이다.
