Basierend auf kalibrierten 14C-Daten, einer Kartierung der Tephralagen im Bezug zu dem Vorkommen spätglazialer Kulturgruppen in Nordeuropa und einer technologisch-quantitativen Analyse spätglazialer Projektilspitzen, wird in diesem Beitrag die Hypothese vorgestellt, dass die LSE direkt und kausal mit dem Ursprung der wohlbekannten Bromme- Kultur Südskandinaviens und des Perstunien in Osteuropa zusammenhängt.

Based on calibrated 14C dates, mapping of the tephra layers in relation to the occurrence of Late Glacial techno-complexes and a technological-quantitative analysis of Late Glacial projectile points, this paper offers a new hypothesis suggesting that the origin of the well known Bromme culture of Southern Scandinavia and the rather more enigmatic Perstunian of eastern Europe is directly and causally related to the LSE.
