وأشارت إلى أنه رغم الميزة الواضحة التي تمنحها شهادات مراجع حسابات داخلي قانوني أو شهادة مراجع حسابات قانوني لنظم المعلومات في التعيينات والترقيات، لا يجب أن تشكل هذه الشهادات شرطا مسبقا، وينبغي أيضا لمدير المراجعة الداخلية للحسابات/الرقابة الداخلية أن يشجع جميع موظفين مراجعة الحسابات غير الحائزين على شهادة أو أكثر من تلك الشهادات، على الحصول عليها.

They noted that while professional audit certifications such as Certified Internal Auditor or Certified Information System Auditor would be a distinct advantage in recruitments and promotions, they should not be a prerequisite, and the internal audit/oversight head should encourage all audit staff members who had not already done so to obtain one or more such certifications.

Hicieron notar que si bien la posesión de títulos profesionales tales como los de auditor interno certificado o de auditor certificado de sistemas de información representaban una clara ventaja en la contratación y la concesión de ascensos, no debía considerarse un requisito indispensable; y además, el jefe de los servicios de auditoría o supervisión internas debería alentar a todos los funcionarios de auditoría que aún no hubieran obtenido uno o más títulos profesionales de este tipo a que lo hicieran.

Они отметили, что, хотя при наборе и продвижении по службе должно, безусловно, отдаваться предпочтение сотрудникам, обладающим сертификатом профессионального аудитора, например дипломированным внутренним аудиторам или дипломированным аудиторам информационных систем, это не должно быть обязательным условием и руководители служб внутреннего аудита/надзора должны предлагать всем сотрудникам аудиторских служб, которые еще не сделали этого, получить один или несколько таких сертификатов.
