إن القيام باستجابة وافية بالغرض من جميعنا، وعلى وجه الخصوص من البلدان المتقدمة النمو، إلى مأزق غرينادا وهايتي من شأنه أن يكون قفزة كمية صوب انتعاشهما وإعادة بنائهما وأن يكون أفضل خيار لتخفيف حدة معاناة الناس المسحوقين والمكروبين.

An adequate response from all of us, and even more so from the developed countries, to the plight of Grenada and Haiti would be a quantum leap to recovery and reconstruction for them and the best option to ease the suffering of their battered and distressed people.
