In addition, he/she would interface with the Department’s regional Divisions and the Department of Field Support in order to ensure that staffing needs are met; coordinate administrative actions as they occur; provide essential administrative information to and from special political missions to inform the planning process, programme budget process and execution of operational activities; and provide liaison with other areas of the Department of Political Affairs and the Department of Field Support.
