In its defence, CPL sought, by way of counterclaim, an order that the Commission pay the sum of ECU 46 010, plus interest as from 3 February 1995, or from 31 March 1995, corresponding to the balance of the interest rebate to which it claims to be entitled under the abovementioned contract.
