Acknowledges the decisions taken by the Economic and Social Council at its substantive session of 2009 to strengthen the follow-up mechanism of the financing for development process, while recognizing the need to further strengthen the follow-up process, including the possibility of establishing an intergovernmental body to oversee and promote the implementation of the financing for development mandates, and requests the Secretary-General, in consultation with the President of the General Assembly, to submit concrete proposals to Member States in this regard before the end of the sixty-fourth session of the General Assembly with a view to establishing a functional commission on financing for development;

Reconoce las decisiones adoptadas por el Consejo Económico y Social en su período de sesiones sustantivo de 2009 de reforzar el mecanismo de seguimiento del proceso de financiación para el desarrollo, reconociendo al mismo tiempo la necesidad de reforzar aún más el proceso de seguimiento, incluida la posibilidad de establecer un órgano intergubernamental que supervise y promueva la ejecución de los mandatos relativos a la financiación para el desarrollo, y solicita al Secretario General que, en consultas con el Presidente de la Asamblea General, presente propuestas concretas en ese sentido a los Estados Miembros antes de que finalice el sexagésimo cuarto período de sesiones de la Asamblea General con miras a establecer una comisión orgánica de financiación para el desarrollo;

Salue la décision prise par le Conseil économique et social, à sa session de fond de 2009, de renforcer le mécanisme de suivi du financement du développement, étant entendu qu’il convient de le renforcer davantage, notamment en étudiant la possibilité de créer un organe intergouvernemental chargé de surveiller et de favoriser l’exécution des mandats en matière de financement du développement, et prie le Secrétaire général de lui présenter, avant la fin de sa soixante-quatrième session, en consultation avec le Président de l’Assemblée générale, des propositions concrètes à ce sujet en vue de créer une commission technique du financement du développement;

подтверждает решения, принятые Экономическим и Социальным Советом на его основной сессии 2009 года, об укреплении механизма последующей деятельности в области финансирования развития, признавая при этом необходимость дальнейшего укрепления процесса такой последующей деятельности, включая возможность создания межправительственного органа для надзора за выполнением мандатов в области финансирования развития и содействия их выполнению, и просит Генерального секретаря на основе консультаций с Председателем Генеральной Ассамблеи представить государствам-членам конкретные предложения по этому вопросу до завершения шестьдесят четвертой сессии Генеральной Ассамблеи в целях создания действующей комиссии по финансированию развития;
