The present invention provides an ASA-based graft copolymer, and an ASA-based graft copolymer composition containing the same, the ASA-based graft copolymer comprising: a seed comprising one or more types of compounds selected from an aromatic vinyl compound, a vinylcyano compound, and an alkyl (meth)acrylate compound; a core comprising an alkyl acrylate and encompassing the seed; and a shell comprising an aromatic vinyl compound, a vinylcyano compound, and a cross-linkable compound and encompassing the core, wherein the thickness and refractive index of respective layers are properly controlled.
