Just this week, the Spanish Ministry of Trade, the Spanish Institute for Foreign Trade (ICEX) and the Spanish Confederation of Employers' Associations (CEOE) unveiled the Linea Abierta project, which has highlighted the problems Spanish companies are facing in their efforts to expand their operations in other Member States.
