The present invention relates to: a method for detecting the number of selected devices by classifying types of devices among a plurality of client terminals on a private network using the same public IP, by using a detecting/blocking web server to which HTTP request messages of client terminals are redirected, and transmitting, to the client terminals, HTTP response messages for redirecting selected devices to the detecting/blocking web server by a dummy URL so as to count DNS request messages to the detecting/blocking web server generated when the client terminals re-access the detecting/blocking web server, thereby detecting multi-access subscribers exceeding allowed lines when the plurality of client terminals sharing one public IP access an Internet service network by using an IP sharer through an IP address conversion; and a detection system for performing the method.

본 발명은 IP 주소 변환을 통한 IP 공유기를 이용하여 인터넷 서비스망에 다수의 클라이언트 단말기가 하나의 공인 IP를 공유하면서 접속하는 것에 대하여, 허용된 회선을 초과하여 다중 접속하는 가입자를 검출하기 위하여 동일한 공인 IP를 이용하는 사설 네트워크상의 복수개의 클라이언트 단말 중에서 디바이스 종류를 클라이언트 단말의 HTTP 요청 메시지가 리다이렉션되는 검출/차단 웹서버를 사용하여 구별하고, 선별된 디바이스에 대하여 Dummy URL로써 검출/차단 웹서버로 다시 리다이렉트되도록 하는 HTTP 응답 메시지를 클라이언트 단말로 전송하여, 클라이언트 단말이 검출/차단 웹서버로 재접속될 때 발생하는 검출/차단 웹서버에 대한 DNS 요청 메시지를 카운팅함으로써 선별된 디바이스의 대수를 검출하는 방법 및 그 방법을 수행하기 위한 검출 시스템에 관한 것이다.
