يعرب عن تقديره لحكومة هولندا لما تقدمه من دعم متواصل باستضافة مكتب تنسيق برنامج العمل العالمي في لاهاي، ويعرب عن امتنان خاص لحكومة جمهورية الصين الشعبية لاستضافتها للدورة الثانية لاجتماع الاستعراض الحكومي الدولي لبرنامج العمل العالمي بشأن حماية البيئة البحرية من الأنشطة البرية.
