More particularly, the present invention relates to an organic-inorganic composite for coagulation and antibacterials, in which a cationic peptide, containing two or more homogeneous or heterogeneous amino acids from among glutamic acid, proline, methionine, and arginine extracted from Moringa oleifera Lamarck seeds or from a residual press cake remaining after extracting oil from Moringa oleifera Lamarck seeds, is ion-exchanged with a metal cation of a phyllosilicate mineral so that 300 to 600 mg of the cationic peptide is captured and contained in 1 g of the phyllosilicate mineral.

Plus particulièrement, la présente invention concerne un composite organique-inorganique pour des agents de coagulation et des agents anti-bactériens, dans lequel un peptide cationique contenant au moins deux acides aminés homogènes ou hétérogènes choisis parmi l'acide glutamique, la proline, la méthionine et l'arginine extraits de graines de Moringa oleifera Lamarck ou d'un gâteau de presse résiduel obtenu après extraction de l'huile des graines de Moringa oleifera Lamarck, est soumis à un échange ionique avec un cation métallique d'un minéral phyllosilicate de telle sorte que 300 à 600 mg du peptide cationique soient capturés et contenus dans un 1g de minéral phyllosilicate.

본 발명은 응집 및 항균용 유무기 복합체 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 구체적으로는 상기 응집 및 항균용 유무기 복합체는 양고추냉이나무(Moringa oleifera Lamarck) 씨앗 혹은 양고추냉이나무(Moringa oleifera Lamarck) 씨앗의 오일을 추출하고 남은 잔류 프레스 케이크에서 추출한 글루탐산, 프롤린, 메티오닌 또는 아르기닌의 아미노산 중 동종 또는 이종의 둘 이상의 아미노산을 함유하는 양이온성 펩타이드;를 층상 규산염 광물의 금속 양이온;과 이온교환하여, 상기 층상 규산염 광물 1g내에 상기 양이온성 펩타이드 300 ~ 600 mg이 포획되어 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 응집 및 항균용 유무기 복합체 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
