본 발명은 부력체로 이루어진 다양한 종류의 발전장치와 선박추진장치 및 이에 구비되어질 수 있는 것으로서, 다단으로 형성된 격자망형 구조로 이루어진 날개프레임과 이에 결합되는 접힘과 말림이 가능한 날개로 구성되어지는 날개부에 관한 것으로, 일측이 폐쇄되고 타측이 개방되며 내부에는 부력공간이 형성되어 있는 잠수부력체, 상기 잠수부력체의 내측에 회전가능하게 결합되고, 타측에는 제1 날개부가 구비되어 있는 회전체 및 상기 잠수부력체와 상기 회전체의 사이에 구비되어 전기를 생산하는 발전수단을 포함하여 구성될 수 있다.
