ويفيد المصدر بأن أي شخص يحاول تحديد مكان وجود شخص محتجز أو الطعن في مشروعية الاحتجاز من خلال القنوات غير الرسمية يُدان ويُعاقَب بتهمة المشاركة في الجُرم.

It is reported that anyone who attempts to establish the whereabouts of a detained person or challenge the legality of the detention by unofficial channels will be convicted and punished on the basis of the principle of guilt by association.
