In order to provide a low molecular weight compound that has p38MAPK inhibitory activity and the accompanying TNFα production suppression activity and that has a favorable pharmacokinetic profile as a pharmaceutical and decreased hepatotoxicity, and to provide a pharmaceutical application of same, disclosed is a 2,3-dihydro-1H-indene-2-ylurea derivative represented below, a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof, and a therapeutic agent or preventative agent that contains same as an active ingredient and that is for allergic dermatitis, inflammatory bowel disease, and pain.

Pour obtenir un composé de faible poids moléculaire ayant une activité d'inhibition de p38MAPK et l'activité de suppression de la production de TNFα qui l'accompagne et présentant un profil pharmacocinétique favorable en tant qu'agent pharmaceutique ainsi qu'une hépatotoxicité réduite, et son application pharmaceutique, la présente invention décrit le dérivé de 2,3-dihydro-1H-indène-2-ylurée représenté ci-dessous, un sel pharmacologiquement acceptable de celui-ci, et un agent thérapeutique ou prophylactique le contenant à titre de principe actif, destiné à traiter ou à prévenir la dermatite allergique, les affections intestinales inflammatoires non spécifiques, et la douleur.
