The recombinant mutant microorganism with an increased production ability of butanol or an alcohol mixture and an acetone removing ability according to the present invention is characterized in that a gene encoding an enzyme involved in the production of butanol from butyryl-CoA or butylaldehyde and involved in the production of isopropanol from acetone is amplified or introduced into a host microorganism.
