Temporary removal from the register referred to in Article 42 of this Law in the event of the discovery of irregular situations that may be connected with one of the offences established under it and that warrant the handing over of the investigation to the police responsible for the control of unauthorized drugs and related activities;

Suspensión temporal del registro referido en el artículo 42 de la presente Ley, cuando se descubran situaciones irregulares que puedan vincularse con alguno de los delitos tipificados en ella, que ameriten el traslado de la investigación a la policía encargada del control de drogas no autorizadas y actividades conexas.
