The aim of this thesis has been to contribute to the development of experimental therapeutic alternatives to opportunistic mycoses caused by recent emerging pathogens Acremonium, Sporothrix and Pseudallescheria / Scedosporium and Candida glabrata. In vitro and in vivo evaluations were carried out and cellular behaviors in Escherichia coli and Bacillus subtilis.
