En caso de haber usado una figura jurídica como titular para realizar la inversión en reforestación, los solicitantes deberán entregar una declaración jurada emitida por el secretario o tesorero de la compañía (no podrá ser realizada por el solicitante), verificando la actividad del negocio, así como la propiedad de las acciones emitidas y compradas por el solicitante extranjero.
