Mimo dotazníku vlastní konstrukce, zaměřeného na orální zdraví a zdraví podporující chování v oblasti stomatologické prevence, jsme použili Dotazník obecné vlastní efektivity, do češtiny přeloženou Dental Health Locus of Control Scale a Eysenckův osobnostní dotazník EPQ-R ve zkrácené verzi.

For the purpose of this study we designed the questionnaire, which is oriented to oral health and health protective behaviour in dental prevention. Besides we used the General Self-efficacy Scale, the Dental Health Locus of Control Scale translated to Czech language and the Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ-R) in shortened version.
