(২) কোন ব্যক্তি উপ-ধারা (১) এর অধীন কমিশন কর্তৃক প্রদত্ত কোন আদেশ বা নির্দেশ পালনে অস্বীকার করলে বা ব্যর্থ হলে কমিশন উক্ত ব্যক্তিকে, শুনানীর সুযোগ প্রদান করে, অনধিক দশ লক্ষ টাকা জরিমানা প্রদান করতে নির্দেশ দিতে পারবে এবং সংশ্লিষ্ট অপরাধ অব্যাহতভাবে সংঘটনের ক্ষেত্রে, উক্ত আদেশ প্রদানের পর প্রত্যেক দিনের অস্বীকার বা ব্যর্থতার জন্য অনধিক দশ হাজার টাকা অতিরিক্ত জরিমানা প্রদানের নির্দেশ দিতে পারবে।

If a person refuses or fails to comply with the order or direction given by the Commission under sub-section (1) the Commission may, after giving the said person an opportunity of being heard, direct him to pay a fine not exceeding ten lakh taka and in the case where the concerned offence is continuing a further fine not exceeding ten thousand taka for each day of such refusal or failure after the said order is given.
