The Intergovernmental Committee for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage, known as the “Intangible Heritage Committee” and hereinafter referred to as the “Committee”, is composed of the States Parties to the Convention elected in accordance with Article 5 of the Convention for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage, hereinafter referred to as the “Convention”.

(1) El Consejo Intergubernamental del Programa Hidrológico Internacional (denominado en adelante el "Consejo") se compondrá de 36 Estados Miembros de la UNESCO, elegidos por la Conferencia General de conformidad con el Artículo II de los Estatutos del Consejo. (2) Cada Estado miembro del Consejo comunicará a la Secretaría de la UNESCO los nombres del representante y de los asesores y expertos que haya designado.
