(খ) উপ-ধারা (১)-এ উল্লিখিত চেক, ড্রাফ্ট বা বিনিময় দলিলের ক্ষেত্রে, তা উপস্থাপিত হলে যে পরিমাণ অর্থ, সুদ থাকলে তাহাসহ, উক্ত ব্যাংক কর্তৃক প্রদেয় হইত, সেই পরিমাণ অর্থ ও সুদ বাংলাদেশ ব্যাংক-কে প্রদান করবে.
