وواصل المركز النقاش مع أربع مؤسسات دون إقليمية (منظومة التكامل في أمريكا الوسطى، وجماعة بلدان الأنديز، والجماعة الكاريبية، والسوق المشتركة لأمريكا الجنوبية والدول المنتسبة إليها)، وذلك لاستكشاف إمكانية وضع إطار للتعاون الرسمي وبرنامج عمل مشترك من أجل تجنب الازدواج وتحديد أوجه التضافر فيما يتصل بالأنشطة المضطلع بها في المنطقة.

The Centre continued discussions with four subregional institutions (the Central American Integration System, the Andean Community, the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) and the South American Common Market (MERCOSUR) and associate States) to explore the possibility of creating a formal cooperation framework and joint work programme to avoid duplication and identify synergies relating to activities in the region.

El Centro siguió intercambiando opiniones con cuatro instituciones subregionales (el Sistema de la Integración Centroamericana, la Comunidad Andina, la Comunidad del Caribe (CARICOM) y el Mercado Común del Sur (MERCOSUR) y Estados asociados) para estudiar la posibilidad de establecer un marco formal de cooperación y un programa de trabajo conjunto para evitar la duplicación de labores e identificar sinergias relacionadas con las actividades en la región.

Le Centre a poursuivi ses pourparlers avec les quatre institutions sous-régionales (le Système d’intégration de l’Amérique centrale, la Communauté andine, la Communauté des Caraïbes (CARICOM), le Marché commun sud-américain (MERCOSUR) afin d’examiner la possibilité d’établir un cadre formel de coopération ainsi qu’un programme d’activités conjointes dans le but de rechercher les synergies et d’éviter les chevauchements des activités menées dans la région.

Центр продолжил дискуссии с четырьмя субрегиональными учреждениями (Системой интеграции Центральной Америки, Андским сообществом, Карибским сообществом (КАРИКОМ) и Общим рынком стран Южного Конуса (МЕРКОСУР) и ассоциированными государствами) в целях изучения возможности создания официальных рамок сотрудничества и выработки совместной программы работы, с тем чтобы избежать дублирования и выявить области взаимодействия в отношении деятельности, осуществляемой в регионе.
