The following years witnessed the enactment of the Act on amendments to the Courts and Judges Act, which provides for a new, multistage procedure for the selection of judges and transparency in the work of the courts, and the Judicial Council Act. Terms of reference were decided for the Judges’ Selection Committee, and rules were introduced for the selection of aspirant judges for vacant judgeships. A Judicial Council (an independent standing body which has the function of a self-regulating judicial power) and the Judges’ Selection Committee were set up, and improvements were made to the statutes of the judges’ voluntary associations.

En los años subsiguientes se aprobaron la Ley de adiciones y modificaciones a la Ley sobre los tribunales y magistrados, en la que se establece un nuevo procedimiento escalonado para la selección de los jueces y el aseguramiento de la transparencia en la labor de los tribunales, la Ley del Consejo Jurídico Judicial y el Reglamento para la selección a plazas vacantes de juez de candidatos que no sean jueces, se creó el Consejo Jurídico Judicial como órgano permanente e independiente encargado de las funciones de autogestión del poder judicial, se estableció el Comité de Selección de Jueces y se perfeccionaron los estatutos de las asociaciones de jueces.

В последующие годы были приняты Закон «О дополнениях и изменениях в Закон страны о судах и судьях», предусматривающий новую многоступенчатую процедуру отбора судей, обеспечение прозрачности в работе судов, а также Закон «О Судебно-Правовом Совете», «Положение о Комитете по отбору судей» и «Правила отбора на вакантную должность судьи кандидатов, не являющихся судьями», создан Судебно-Правовой Совет - постоянно действующий независимый орган, осуществляющий функции самоуправления судебной власти, сформирован Комитет по отбору судей, усовершенствованы уставы общественных объединений (ассоциаций) судей.
