A method of deburring in a metal die punching for opening hole parts in a punched material (3) by using punches (10) and a die (12) and a method of manufacturing punched products including the deburring method, the method of deburring comprising the steps of, after opening the hole parts in the punched material (3) by the punches (10), raising the punched material (3) as fitted closely to a stripper (11) without withdrawing the punches (10) from the hole parts, returning the punches (10) raised from the die (12) so as to be slightly projected from the lowermost parts of the hole parts and, in that state, performing deburring operation, whereby, even if the space of the counterbored part of the die is small, the punching can be performed easily, any burr does not remain in the hole parts formed by the punching, and the yield of the products manufactured by punching operation can be increased.

L'invention porte sur un procédé d'ébarbage lors d'opérations de poinçonnage destinées à créer des ouvertures dans un matériau (3) à l'aide de poinçons (10) et d'une matrice (12) et sur un procédé de fabrication d'objets poinçonnés utilisant le susdit procédé d'ébarbage lequel comporte les étapes suivantes: percement des trous dans un matériau; élévation du matériau poinçonné intimement relié à un dévêtisseur (11) sans retirer les poinçons (10) des trous; remise des poinçons sortis de la matrice (12) pour qu'ils dépassent à peine des parties les plus basses du matériau poinçonné; puis dans cet état, effectuer l'ébarbage.
