عند التماس الاستفادة من حكم من أحكام المعاملة الخاصة بموجب قاعدة محتوى البلد المانح للأفضليات فيما يتعلق بسلع يراد تصديرها من بلد مستفيد من الأفضليات إلى اليابان، يتعين تقديم مستند يسمَّى "شهادة بالمواد المستوردة من اليابان" صادرة عن السلطات المختصة ذاتها التي أصدرت الاستمارة ألف الخاصة بشهادة المنشأ وذلك بغية إثبات أن المواد المستخدمة في إنتاج السلع مستوردة أصلاً من اليابان إلى ذلك البلد.

When one or other of the special treatments under the "Preference-giving Country Content Rule" is sought in respect of goods to be exported from a preference-receiving country to Japan, a "Certificate of Materials Imported from Japan" issued by the same competent authorities issuing the Certificate of Origin (Form A) will be required to establish that the materials used in the production of the goods were originally imported from Japan into that country.

Cuando trate de obtenerse uno de los dos tratos especiales con arreglo a la "norma del contenido procedente del país otorgante de preferencias" respecto de productos que se exportarán de un país receptor de preferencias al Japón, se exigirá un "certificado de materiales importados del Japón" expedido por las mismas autoridades competentes que expiden el Certificado de origen (Formulario A), a fin de determinar que los materiales utilizados en la producción de las mercancías se importaron originalmente del Japón en ese país.

Lorsqu’un traitement spécial est demandé au titre de la règle des éléments provenant du pays donneur pour des biens exportés au Japon par un pays bénéficiaire, il faut apporter la preuve que les matières utilisées ont bien été importées du Japon par le pays bénéficiaire en question, en fournissant: un certificat concernant les matières importées du Japon délivré par l’autorité habilitée à délivrer les certificats d’origine (formule A).
