وسيحتفظ قسم العدالة وشؤون الإصلاحيات برتبة ف-5 لكبير موظفي الشؤون القضائية في كينشاسا بصفته رئيسا لوحدة العدالة، أما الوظيفة برتبة ف-5 في القسم لموظف أقدم لشؤون الإصلاحيات، فسيكون مقر شاغلها في غوما وسيتولى رئاسة وحدة الإصلاحيات.

The Justice and Corrections Section will retain a P-5 post of Senior Judicial Affairs Officer based in Kinshasa as the head of the Justice Unit, while the other P-5 post in the Section, of Senior Corrections Officer, will be based in Goma and head the Corrections Unit.

La Sección de Asuntos Judiciales y Penitenciarios mantendrá un puesto de P-5 de Oficial Superior de Asuntos Judiciales con sede en Kinshasa como jefe de la Dependencia de Asuntos Judiciales, mientras que el otro puesto de P-5 de la Sección, el de Oficial Superior de Asuntos Penitenciarios, tendrá su sede en Goma y dirigirá la Dependencia del Sistema Penitenciario.
