The present invention provides a soundproofing and insulation panel unit (P), which is installed on the wall or the floor, wherein the unit comprises: an external panel (110) that is configured by including an insulator which is generally molded into a plate shape having a plurality of hollow holes (B), and meshes (WM) which enclose the outside of said insulator (112); a plurality of internal panels (12) that have insulators (122) which are molded into a small size in the same shape as said hollow holes (B), and meshes (WM) which enclose the outside of said insulators (122), wherein the internal panels are inserted into said hollow holes (B); and coating mortar (M) which is positioned on the outside of a combination of said external panel (110) and the internal panels (120), wherein the coating mortar is positioned by filling gaps between said internal panels (120) and said hollow holes (B).

본 발명은 벽체 또는 바닥에 설치되는 것으로, 전체적으로 다수 개의 중공(B)이 형성된 판재의 형상으로 성형제작된 단열재(112) 및 상기 단열재(112)의 외부를 감싸는 메쉬(WM)를 포함하여 구성되는 외부패널(110); 상기 중공(B)과 같은 형상으로 크기는 작게 성형제작된 단열재(122) 및 상기 단열재(122)의 외부를 감싸는 메쉬(WM)로 구성되어 상기 중공(B)에 삽입되는 다수 개의 내부패널(120); 및, 상기 외부패널(110)과 내부패널(120)의 결합체의 외부에 포설되되 상기 내부패널(120)과 상기 중공(B)의 틈새를 채우며 포설되는 코팅몰탈(M);을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차음 및 단열패널 유닛(P)을 제공한다.
