The Ministerial Conference held in Rhodes, Greece, in # to which UNHCR provided input, endorsed addressing the migration/asylum nexus from the perspective of safeguards for asylum-seekers and refugees and reducing the abuse of asylum procedures, and a working group on irregular movements and asylum was established for that purpose
