The information processing member converts the image signal to a 1 bit image, primarily filters a small pixel region in the 1 bit image using a threshold value, and performs a secondary filtering which extracts a cross section of the image signal and changes a section, where the gap between pixel values of adjacent pixels becomes greater, to a 1-bit value identical to an adjacent pixel.

상기 정보처리부재는 상기 영상신호를 1비트 이미지로 변환시키고, 문턱값(threshold)을 이용하여 상기 1비트 이미지 중 작은 화소영역을 1차 필터링하며, 상기 영상신호의 단면을 추출하여 인접하는 화소간 화소값들의 격차의 차이가 커지는 구간을 인접하는 화소와 동일한 1비트 값으로 변경하는 2차 필터링을 수행한다.
