If you contact us outside of the above time frames, and if there are seats available in the subsequent leg/successive segments, we will be entitled to request the payment of an amount equal to the difference between the price paid for the previously purchased ticket and the price corresponding to the highest fare available in the same class/cabin, applicable to the modified itinerary at the time of the re-issue of the ticket, unless the fare rules applicable to the original ticket are more favourable for you. 6.6 Ticket Issued for Carriage on Another Carrier

Si se comunica con nosotros fuera de los plazos descritos más arriba, y si hubiese asientos disponibles en el tramo subsiguiente o los segmentos sucesivos, tendremos derecho a reclamar el pago de un monto igual a la diferencia entre el precio pagado por el Boleto adquirido anteriormente y el precio correspondiente a la tarifa más alta disponible en la misma clase o cabina para el itinerario modificado al momento de volver a emitir el Boleto, a menos que las reglas tarifarias código de otro Transportador, o si facturamos el equipaje para ser transportado por otro Transportador, lo haremos exclusivamente en carácter de agente de ese Transportador.
