The Secretary-General proposes the following staffing changes in the Base Support Service: (a) the outward redeployment of five national General Service posts from the Campus Support Section to the Office of the Chief of the Service for Geospatial, Information and Telecommunications Technologies in Valencia (see paras. 79 and 80 below); and (b) the inward redeployment of one post of Security Assistant (national General Service) from the Security Office to the Human Resources Section and its reassignment as a post of Human Resources Assistant (see para. 78 below).

Le Secrétaire général propose les modifications ci-après au tableau d’effectifs du Service de l’appui à la Base : a) transfert de cinq postes d’agent des services généraux recruté sur le plan national de la Section des services auxiliaires internes au Bureau du Chef du Service des technologies géospatiales, de l’informatique et des télécommunications à Valence (voir les paragraphes 79 et 80 ci-après); et b) réaffectation et transfert du Bureau de la sécurité à la Section des ressources humaines d’un poste d’assistant à la sécurité (agent des services généraux recruté sur le plan national ) en tant qu’assistant chargé des ressources humaines (voir par. 78 ci-après).

Генеральный секретарь предлагает произвести следующие изменения в штатном расписании Вспомогательной службы Базы: a) перевод пяти должностей национальных сотрудников категории общего обслуживания из Секции обслуживания комплекса зданий в канцелярию начальника Службы геопространственных, информационных и телекоммуникационных технологий в Валенсии (см. пункты 79 и 80 ниже); и b) перевод одной должности помощника по вопросам безопасности (должность национального сотрудника категории общего обслуживания) из Отделения охраны в Секцию людских ресурсов и ее перепрофилирование в должность помощника по людским ресурсам (см. пункт. 78 ниже).
