2 Domstolen annullerede ved to domme af 11. marts 1986 (sag 293/84, Sorani m.fl. mod Kommissionen, Sml. s. 967, og sag 294/84, Adams m.fl. mod Kommissionen, Sml. s. 977) de naevnte afgoerelser med den begrundelse, at sagsoegerne ikke havde haft mulighed for at tage stilling til de udtalelser, som deres administrativt overordnede havde fremsat om dem over for udvaelgelseskomitéen.

2 Με δύο αποφάσεις της 11ης Μαρτίου 1986, 293/84, Sorani κ.λπ. κατά Επιτροπής (Συλλογή 1986, σ. 967) και 294/84, Adams κ.λπ. κατά Επιτροπής (Συλλογή 1986, σ. 977), το Δικαστήριο ακύρωσε τις εν λόγω αποφάσεις επειδή δεν είχε δοθεί στους προσφεύγοντες η δυνατότητα να λάβουν θέση επί των γνωμών που είχαν διατυπωθεί ως προς αυτούς ενώπιον της εξεταστικής επιτροπής από τους ιεραρχικώς προϊσταμένους τους.

2 By two judgments of 11 May 1986 in Case 293/84 Sorani and Others v Commission [1986] ECR 967 and Case 294/84 Adams and Others v Commission [1986] ECR 977, the Court of Justice annulled the said decisions on the ground that the applicants had not had the opportunity of making observations on the opinions expressed to the selection board in their regard by their immediate superiors.
