(ج) إذا أبقي على قرار اعتقال مدني أو وضعه قيد الإقامة الجبرية وفقاً للإجراءات المذكورة آنفاً، يجب المواظبة على مراجعة هذا الاعتقال أو الوضع قيد الإقامة الجبرية، على أن تجرى هذه المراجعة مرتين في السنة على الأقل.

(c) Where decisions to intern or to place a civilian in assigned residence are maintained in accordance with the latter proceedings, internment or residential assignment must be periodically reviewed, at least twice a year.

c) Cuando se confirmen las decisiones de internar o colocar a un civil en residencia forzosa en esos procedimientos, el internamiento o la residencia forzosa se debe revisar periódicamente, por lo menos dos veces al año.
