[43] En ce qui a trait au barème de cotation, il semble que le jury de sélection ait établi deux grilles de notation différentes : une pour l'entrevue, qui ne contenait pas de notes exprimées en décimale (voir les documents 7.2 et 7.3 de la pièce A-1), et une autre pour la vérification des références, dont les notes pouvaient s'exprimer en décimale (voir le document 7.4 de la pièce A-1).
