Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft insbesondere die Verwendung von Cyanoguanidin-substituierten Pyrazolinen als Arzneimittel, neue Cyanoguanidin-substituierte Pyrazoline der Formel (1) und Verfahren zu ihrer Herstellung sowie ihre Verwendung zur Herstellung von Arzneimitteln zur Behandlung und/oder Prophylaxe von Krankheiten, insbesondere von Herz-Kreislauf-Erkrankungen, vorzugsweise von thromboembolischen Erkrankungen.
