وسيؤدي اعتماد مجلس حقوق الإنسان للقرار واعتماده المتوقع من جانب الجمعية العامة إلى نشوء احتياجات إضافية فيما يتعلق بما يلي: (أ) سفر المقرر الخاص إلى ميانمار، وتقديم تقرير إلى المجلس؛ (ب) سفر فريق الدعم المكون من ثلاثة موظفين لحقوق الإنسان وضابط للاتصال الأمني إلى ميانمار لمرافقة المقرر الخاص أثناء زيارة المتابعة التي سيقوم بها؛ (ج) الخبرة الاستشارية اللازمة لتقديم المساعدة المتخصصة للمقرر الخاص وفريقه فيما يتعلق بالزيارة التي سيقوم بها المقرر الخاص إلى ميانمار؛ (د) النقل المحلي والسفر داخل ميانمار، والترجمة الشفوية والاتصالات وغير ذلك من الخدمات المتنوعة المتصلة بالبعثة إلى ميانمار.

The adoption of the resolution by the Human Rights Council and its expected adoption by the General Assembly give rise to additional requirements with respect to: (a) travel of the Special Rapporteur to Myanmar and to present a report to the Council; (b) travel of a support team comprising three Human Rights Officers and one Security Liaison Officer to Myanmar to accompany the Special Rapporteur during his follow-up visit; (c) consultancy to provide specialized assistance to the Special Rapporteur and his team in connection with the visit to Myanmar; and (d) local transportation and travel within Myanmar and interpretation, communications and other miscellaneous services related to the mission to Myanmar.

L’adoption de cette résolution par le Conseil des droits de l’homme et son adoption prévue par l’Assemblée générale nécessiteront des ressources supplémentaires pour : a) les déplacements du Rapporteur spécial sur la situation des droits de l’homme au Myanmar qui se rendra dans ce pays et soumettra un rapport au Conseil; b) les déplacements des membres d’une équipe d’appui composée de trois spécialistes des droits de l’homme et d’un agent de liaison du service de sécurité qui accompagneront le Rapporteur spécial dans sa visite de suivi au Myanmar; c) les services des consultants qui apporteront une aide spécialisée au Rapporteur spécial et à son équipe dans le cadre de leur voyage au Myanmar; et d) les transports locaux et les déplacements à l’intérieur du Myanmar, ainsi que l’interprétation, les communications et autres services divers en rapport avec la mission au Myanmar.

С связи с принятием этой резолюции Советом по правам человека и ее предполагаемым принятием Генеральной Ассамблеей потребуются дополнительные ассигнования на следующие цели: а) оплата поездки Специального докладчика в Мьянму и поездки для представления доклада Совету; b) оплата поездки группы поддержки (три сотрудника по правам человека и один сотрудник по вопросам взаимодействия в области безопасности) в Мьянму для сопровождения Специального докладчика во время его последующей поездки; с) оплата специализированных консультативных услуг Специальному докладчику и его группе в связи с поездкой в Мьянму; и d) оплата транспортных расходов в пределах Мьянмы, устного перевода, услуг связи и прочих услуг, связанных с поездкой в Мьянму.
