وينبغي للمؤتمر الدولي لنزع السلاح النووي التحقيق في التهديدات التي يشكلها إنتاج وتكديس الأسلحة النووية في العالم واقتراح حلول واقعية للتصدي لهذا الخطر الذي يتهدد البشرية.

It is incumbent upon for the International Conference on Nuclear Disarmament to investigate the threats posed by the production and stockpiling of nuclear weapons in the world and to propose realistic solutions to counter this threat to humanity.
