وطلبت الجمعية العامة، في هذا الصدد، إلى الفريق العامل المخصص غير الرسمي المفتوح باب العضوية، في إطار ولايته المحددة بموجب القرار 66/231، وعلى ضوء القرار 67/78، ومن أجل الإعداد للقرار المزمع اتخاذه في الدورة التاسعة والستين للجمعية، أن يقدم توصيات إلى الجمعية بشأن نطاق صك دولي في إطار الاتفاقية ومعاييره وجدواه.

The Assembly requested, in this regard, the Ad Hoc Open-ended Informal Working Group, within its mandate established by resolution 66/231 and in the light of resolution 67/78, and in order to prepare for the decision to be taken at the sixty-ninth session of the Assembly, to make recommendations to the Assembly on the scope, parameters and feasibility of an international instrument under the Convention.

La Asamblea solicitó a este respecto al Grupo de Trabajo Especial Oficioso de Composición Abierta que, en el marco de su mandato establecido por la resolución 66/231, teniendo en cuenta la resolución 67/78 y a fin de preparar la decisión que habría de adoptarse en el sexagésimo noveno período de sesiones de la Asamblea, le formulara recomendaciones sobre el alcance, los parámetros y la viabilidad de un instrumento internacional en el marco de la Convención.

Elle a demandé, à cet égard, au Groupe de travail spécial officieux à composition non limitée, dans les limites du mandat qu’elle lui avait confié dans sa résolution 66/231, compte tenu de sa résolution 67/78 et en prévision de la décision qui serait prise à sa soixante-neuvième session, de lui faire des recommandations sur la portée, les grandes lignes et les possibilités d’application d’un instrument international élaboré dans le cadre de la Convention.

大会在这方面请不限成员名额非正式特设工作组在第66/231号决议规定的任务范围内并根据第67/78号决议的规定,为大会第六十九届会议将要作出的决定做好筹备工作,就根据《公约》的规定拟订一份国际文书的规模、范围和可行性向大会提出建议。
