وجاء في الملاحظة 2(م)’6‘ من البيانات المالية لبرنامج الأمم المتحدة للبيئة أنّه ”لأغراض بيانات الميزانية العمومية فقط، تدرج بصفة رسوم مؤجلة أقسام سلف منحة التعليم التي يُفترض ارتباطها بالسنوات الدراسية المنتهية في تاريخ إعداد البيان المالي.
