At any time prior to the end of the initial Subscription Period or any subsequent Subscription Period, Customer may cancel its Evernote Business subscription or reduce the number of End Users with access to Customer's Account though the Admin Console, which cancellation or reduction shall be effective as of the end of the then-current Subscription Period for the immediately following Subscription Period.
