Andamos A los Consejos, Iusticia, y Regimiento de las Ciudades, Villas, y Lugares de las Indias, que no se junten á hazer Cabildos, elecciones de Alcaldes, y otros Oficiales, ni á tratar de lo que convenga al bien de la Republicana, si no fuere en las Casas de Cabildo, que para esto están dedicadas, pena de que si en otra parte se juntaren, incurran los que contravinieren en perdimiento de sus oficios, para no vsar mas dellos, y que no hagan Cabildos extraordinarios sin vigente necessidad, y citacion de todos nuestra Camara, á cada vno que contraviniere.
