Over 8,000 residents of all age groups live in the housing project, with daycare centres, and benefit from a vast, well-developed territory, where 17% of the space has been kept GREEN and BLUE: lakes, parks, pathways, a bridge, a gazebo, a waterfall, park benches... while here and there, fountains, outstanding landscaping and floral arrangements as well as many trees, which have now reached a substantial size.

Plus de 8000 personnes de tous les groupes d’âge vivent dans le projet, qui compte également des garderies, et bénéficient d’un vaste territoire bien aménagé où 17 % des espaces a été conservé en VERT et en BLEU: des lacs, des parcs, des sentiers, un pont, une gloriette (pergola), une chute d’eau, des bancs de parc... ici et là, des fontaines, des aménagements paysagers et floraux remarquables et des plantations d’arbres qui atteignent déjà une taille significative.
