RESUMEN La telangiectasia hemorrágica hereditaria es una enfermedad genética rara, perteneciente al grupo de púrpuras angiopáticas de tipo congénito, caracterizada por lesiones vasculares, encontrando frecuentemente telangiectasias en piel y mucosa del tracto gastrointestinal, fístulas arteriovenosas pulmonares y malformaciones vasculares en sistema nervioso central.
